    Had troubles with headrest DVD players in our family car, and really wanted them replaced before heading away on a long trip. These guys turned around and basically told me the "cheap and nasty" ones we had were unrepairable, and they could install a pair of much better ones - of course they cost us a bomb. We were desperate, so agreed, but they initially blew one up because they wired it up wrong - they replaced it at their own cost, but delayed the installation, we had to come back another time. Within a week or two of installation, one started playing up repeatedly. Rather than replace it, they claimed it was just a loose fitting, and they "tightened" it up. It worked intermittently for a month or two, and has since completely fallen out of the headrest - it looks as though they broke the internal clips. Looks like I'm up for new players yet again, but won't be returning to these ham-fisted thieves, I'll try my luck elsewhere. Complete waste of time and money.
