    Just bought my dream van from Avan , it's an Infinity caravan . Picked it up two weeks ago from the crew at Penrith . Love my new van that we are going to use for extensive travelling I would like to say the service I received was fantastic.Helen the customer relations manager kept us up to date through the assembly process, l asked her to change a few things just after we purchased and called her a couple of times during the process she was great she looked after us right threw to the end and then gave us a few goodies the day we picked it up.Mark and Doug the service guys got our van spick and span ready for us to pick up and gave us a thorough run threw on all the new devices. We have had two other vans previously and delt with other company's, these guys gave us the best experience by far.... I never normally write comments but they defiantly deserve a rap. Simon the happy customer...
